You Are Not Alone!

Last monday night while at gymnastics class, my friend totally ignored me, because she had a group of friends from her school join. This made me feel so hurt inside and totally left out. I found myself questioning what had i done wrong??

 We were always having so much fun together and now its like I didn't even exist. It hurt and I felt like bursting into crying a few times:(

 Then I for the first time felt a sense of jealousy. I really felt uncomfortable, like I didn't fit in anymore with her. Even though I had gone above and beyond to always make sure she never felt left out.

 Although I was in pain, in the very back of my mind I felt happy for her to have fun with her NEW friends!!

But the number one thing to do in these kind of situations is to be EVEN MORE LOVING TO YOURSELF!

Example-
1) Luna ill always be here for you!

2) Dont let the situation ruin the occasion ;)

3) You are the most wonderful person there is to be around!!!!!!

So give this technique a try next time you are feeling lonely or left out!!!!!

How to not be bothered by bullying

Hello how are you today?,
i'm here writing  this post to help you not be effected by bullying.
first i'm going to say a few bullying experiences I've had, A few months ago someone at my school had told me that a girl hates me cause i don't speak as much as everyone else, and i have to admit i was really sad and then a little mad at the girl cause she hurt my feelings like most bullying experiences do.And when i came home and told my mom she said " are you ok?" and all i said back was " i'm fine i love me and thats all that matter's".after i said that all my mom said was wow! Because of that girl now i know how to deal with bullying because my old bullying experiences made me feel really embarrassed to wear some things and talk in front of my teachers but now i feel confident to wear high knee socks and talk in my high pitched voice in front of teachers cause thats just how i am.
theres a few ways to get over the sadness you go through,
1. always repeat positive affirmations to yourself
2.know that the person thats bullying you is probably not very secure with themselves
3.know that if you love yourself then you'll be ok!

what to do when you got the blue's

hello,
I havent written in a while but i'm making this post to help you support yourself when your feeling down.
well firstly you always have to say loving up lifting things to you! and if your stuck on what to tell your self just think of what you would say to your siblings or friends or anyone thats super close to you, then if your still SUPER stuck heres a few little things to say to you!
1. Iam feeling happy as ever<3
2. I can get through whatever im going through<3
3. I am healthy>3
After try to do that as many time possible to bring your spirits up
cause you know your, your #1 fan and I  hear my mom say that to people allllllll the time to people who arent feeling very good about themselves or just not being supportive of themselves either.
and you alll know being supportive of your self only makes your day easier!!!!! now this is a little post but I know youve enjoyed it.

Meditation

Hi,
I'm gonna talk to you today about why meditation is important:)
Ok so my mum told me a couple days ago that our brains can hold up to 100% of memory and an average person only uses 2 or 3% of that space and I said well i want to use more of my brain then 3% so if your like me you might want to keep reading, so my  mum carried on saying that meditation can open up more of your memory which i thought was really interesting.So after that i meditated repeatedly for 3 days so far right before i went go to bed, and wow have i felt a diffrence in my life style ive felt so relaxed and calm.

So For The Next Week I Would Like You To Listen To Any Meditation That you think sounds relaxing and calmingfor at least  3 to 4 days and just see if you can find a diffrence in your behavior.

Ok Please write how your behavior changed if it did and how it took place in your life.

Happiness

When your unhappy of something theres always something that helps my mum to get out of a funk, LOVING YOURSELF. Look in the mirror and say what ever positive thing about this situation pops in to your brain, and then when a negative thought might sneak in every once a a while turn it in to a positive. And you dont even have to look in the mirror if your not feeling that you want to.

A Special Act Of Kindness

Dear Readers,
Today I've Chose To Write About A Random Act Of Kindness Which Was Inspired By My Amazing And Lovely Teacher Mrs.Kacin.
Today I Want You To Think Of One Or More Person/People To Give A Random Act Of Kindness To.
Ok Got Those People In Mind, Great Lets Go First If Your A Bit Younger And You've Got Importent Stuff To Do That Your Parents Normally Have To Remind You About All The Time. Like For Example If Your Mum Always Has To Remind You About Cleaning The Bathroom Or Setting The Table, For A Change Just Do It Without Your Parents Having To Ask You Because Im Sure That Will Suprise Them And Make Them Very Grateful.

And If Your A Bit Older Maybe Just Give The People In Your Mind A Call If You Havent Spoke To Them In A While And Im Sure That, That Will Put A Smile On Ther Face. Or You Could Take That Special Person Out For Lunch And Buy It Or Maybe Instead By The Desserts.
But All Im Trying To Say Is That Its Really Nice To Be The Person Doing The Act Of Kindness And Receiving It, And It Doesn't Have To Be A Big Thing. It Really Can Just Be Setting The Table Or Giving An Old Friend A Call.
